Current Tree Service Positions
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of climbing and bucket experience
Pruning & removal experience
Strong knowledge of rigging with ropes, pulleys, and safety systems
Crane experience preferred
What You’ll Do:
Safely climb trees, safe operation of Ariel lifts
Perform pruning, trimming, and full removals
Use rigging systems to lower large limbs and sections
Work with other climbers and groundsmen to complete jobs efficiently

Requirements:
3–5 years experience in a tree care / grounds-maintenance role
Proficiency in operating chippers and ditch witches
Skilled use of chainsaws; ability to sharpen and maintain them properly
Must know how to use Port-A-Wraps and rope limbs down
Crane experience preferred
What You’ll Do:
Assist climbers in removals/pruning jobs
Operate ground-equipment (chippers, ditch witches) safely
Maintain tools and equipment; perform sharpening, upkeep
- Help with rigging, clean-ups, site prep, and safe limb lowering

CDL Driver - 3 Potential positions
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
Experience in operating heavy-duty vehicles
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
What You’ll Do:
Safely operate and maintain tree service vehicles
Transport equipment and materials to job sites
Assist crew with tree removal and maintenance tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
